• Built a strategic partnership with the Erie Otters to launch the first Children’s Grief Awareness Night in sports.
• Coordinated press conferences, media outreach, and community storytelling to generate awareness and coverage.
• Designed custom Children’s Grief Awareness jerseys, logos, and merchandise in collaboration with Erie Apparel to support fundraising and visibility.
• Produced immersive game-day activations, including ceremonial puck drops, moments of unity, family recognition, and player interviews.
• Hosted jersey auctions benefiting Highmark Caring Place while distributing commemorative jerseys to Highmark Caring Place locations.
• Elevated athlete advocacy by partnering with players like future NHL #1 draft pick Matthew Schaefer, who served as one of our Children’s Grief Awareness Champions.
• Expanded the concept across the Ontario Hockey League, inspiring additional teams to launch their own Children’s Grief Awareness Nights.
