OBJECTIVE
With a very limited marketing budget, we sought creative ways to maximize impact. The Mikey & Bob Go Karts campaign leveraged trade deals and tapped into the large social media followings of two of Pittsburgh’s most beloved radio personalities, quadrupling the campaign’s effective budget.

INSIGHT
Partnering with local influencers can amplify reach, increase earned media, and make underutilized park assets highly desirable to guests.

ACTION
• Developed custom Mikey & Bob Go Karts in partnership with 96.1 KISS FM’s Morning Freak Show.
• Used the go karts to secure radio commercial trade, dramatically expanding the campaign’s reach.
• Transformed the park’s two least-driven go karts into fan-favorite attractions, creating shareable experiences for guests.
• Captured social media content and guest reactions, which continued to be shared for years after the campaign ended.
