At the Highmark Caring Place, marketing is more than promotion — it’s leadership rooted in purpose. Through strategic vision, creative direction, and cross-functional collaboration, I lead initiatives that connect children, families, communities, and partners to hope.

I oversee national and international campaigns and multi-year initiatives, guiding teams and coordinating dozens of partners, influencers, athletes, and media outlets to amplify the organization’s mission. From partnerships with All Elite Wrestling (AEW), West Virginia University (WVU), and the Erie Otters to Children’s Grief Awareness Day, each effort is designed to scale impact organically and reach families wherever they are.

These campaigns have connected millions of people across all 50 states and more than 40 countries — achieved through strategy, storytelling, and leadership rather than paid advertising. Innovative programs like Here For You Cards of Support empower grieving children to support peers, while global awareness initiatives drive record participation, engagement, and media coverage.

Through data-driven decision-making, team leadership, and creative storytelling, this work strengthens brand visibility, builds trust, and creates lasting connections for children and families navigating grief.
